About me:

Hi! I'm Frankie, and I'm simply a girl with a love of old internet who is stuck between the ages of 2006-2012. A little too young to experience it up-close and personal by myself, I lived vicariously through my older siblings back when the web was still massively customizable and people put love into their websites filled with flashing images and neon clashing colors. In 2020, I joined a MySpace recreation site on windows93! It was amazing and filled with cool people, however, it closed down in 2021. I mourn it every day. No MySpace recreation has lived up to it, nor has been able to entertain me, unfortunately. So, now I browse Neocities to find other cool people!

My introduction to coding was actually through a pet simulator site called Mweor. You were able to put layouts on your 'cattery' (aka your profile) and I would code my own (albeit simple) layouts! A lot of my knowledge from that is used for this site today! The MySpace recreation mentioned above is what really got me into loving the old web, though. I've been obsessed ever since!
